Ah, summer

Can you believe it's already the middle of July? This summer has been so crazy with photos and family activities. I told myself I couldn't go to sleep tonight until I posted a few recent photos. Well...I guess recent is relative. I've done a dozen or more shoots since May and haven't posted anything! We'll see how far tonight I get with the updates...

To start, here are some shots of one of our gorgeous little neighbor, Aislyn, in her baptism dress.

Father's Day Special!

Stuck on what to get your dad for Father's Day? I'm holding a one-day promotion on Saturday, June 5th, where you can get a discounted rate on family photos, plus an 8x10 print for Dad.

Only 10 slots are available. I'll be shooting on-location at a site near South Towne Mall. Sessions will run from 8-10 a.m. and from 6-7:30 p.m. Prints will be ready by Monday, June 14th. You'll also receive a disc with the best images from your photo shoot.

Family Fun

Here are a few shots from a photo session this week near South Towne Mall. It was an absolute blast to photograph this family, although I'm a little biased. This is my brother, his wife and their adorable, but super-active one-and-a-half-year-old. Thanks again for the fun, guys. Going to miss you when you move!

Spring is finally here, and that means graduation time! Here are some recent senior portraits I took at Murray Park and Murray High School of the most gorgeous grad-to-be. 

Baby, oh Baby!

I couldn't resist posting these pictures of my husband and our little sweetie. She's growing up so fast! I don't know if you can even tell, but these pictures were taken with our new Canon 5D Mark ii. I love it! We were both giddy when we bought it. It has an amazing sensor and I think it shows in the image quality.

Anyhow...enough rambling about the camera. Enjoy these pics. I'll be updating with some recent family shots and some weddings this week. Cheers!

Jenna - bridals

Jenna and Russ decided to do a joint bridal session at the downtown Salt Lake City library last week. What a blast! I love shooting at the library because you can get a mix of eclectic, but classy shots. We also went to Martine's and shot a few images on the front stairs

Brittany - bridals

Last week, I took bridals with Brittany at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Thank goodness we picked an indoor location because the weather was terrible. But Brittany looked gorgeous! I love it when brides add a splash of color to their dress.
