What should I wear?
Something that makes you feel good! If you are uncomfortable with your outfit, you will look uncomfortable in your photograph. In addition, bold patterns sometimes work, but for the most part, stick with subtle patterns or solid colors. Add variety to your look with accessories such as a belt, jacket, jewelry, scarf or tie.

Are there colors you prefer for a family photograph?
I love anything! One way to ensure a large family group is wearing the correct shade is to go to a hardware store, grab some paint samples and tell everyone to match the sample. You can also e-mail me for more specific suggestions.

What should I bring to a bridal session?
Bring your makeup bag for touchups and extra bobby pins for your hair. I always bring a drop cloth to protect your dress. A bouquet is also a good option.

How many images will I receive from my shoot?
It’s hard to give a firm number, because each photo shoot is different. In general, you will receive 30-50 edited images from an hour-long family, child, senior, bridal or engagement session. With weddings, you will generally receive 300 or more edited images from your complete ceremony and reception.

What kind of touch-ups do you do?
My style is classic. I like to keep my images as true-to-life as possible. I don’t super-saturate the images, or do major Photoshop effects (unless you specifically request it). I’ll do minor edits to clear up blemishes or flaws that keep you from looking your best. Major edits such as a head swap are done at an hourly rate.

Can I post my images online?
Yes, but you must include a reference to my name and Web site. Details of how to do this are included in the copyright release you receive with your images.
